I've always called that particular bread item a bap. Have heard them called buns too but to me a bun implies sweet ie turnover. A chip buttie is chips and sliced bread. I'd call that a bap no matter what's in it.

Upright Rows This is a great movement for the Delts and traps that got a bad rap for being hard on the shoulders. While it’s true that it can cause discomfort in some, it’s not inherently bad for your shoulders. If you have issue with a barbell, using dumbbells, or a rope/strap with a cable might help you. If those still cause issues this is by no means a must have in the rotation. Plenty of other ways to get the job done, but I’d recommend identifying the issue with your shoulders and trying to correct it before it becomes troublesome in other movements.
