Huge lawsuit on this one. 👀 They arrested the wrong guy. Even after he identified himself and they knew by his age that he was not the person on the warrant, they still continued with the arrest. This ended up in a lawsuit that awarded him 600k.

He looked at me with a huge smile and said "(Pilots name), today is going to be a great day". For Charlie, it was prophetic. That was the day that he got to meet his creator and all of the Bible mysteries were revealed to him. Here is my last point on Kimmel. If Kimmel came on and apologized like this the day after his remarks he probably wouldn’t have been suspended. But by all accounts he wanted to double down. Again for the billionth time this isn’t a free speech issue. He works for Mickey Mouse on NETWORK TV. Nobody said he was going to jail. He was dealing with the consequences of making off color jokes about the murder of a guy who meant a ton to a ton of people and blamed it on the very people who love him the most before the body was even cold. So yeah there was outrage that Mickey had to deal with. Then the pendulum swung the other way and they put him back on air. Either way it was never a free speech issue. When you work for somebody else and you offend a ton of people you deal with the consequences. Him framing this as free speech is a joke.

Well it turns out Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree was lying when he said he was helping a constituent out when he lobbied national security to get a guy who was a member of a terrorist group into the Country. The person was not his constituent at all. This guy needs to be removed from office.

This is the stuff you love to see. An officer was called out to a location because people saw a man sleeping in his car and assumed he must be drunk or up to no good. The officer arrived through actually talking with the man to see what's going on, he saw what this guy has going on. The guys wife lost her job so he has been pulling double shifts to keep the bills paid just pulled over for a bit to catch a nap. Seeing that the guy is just trying to do some good, he got him a coffee to help pep him up so he can fully function for what sounds like a busy day. Great job by this officer for seeing what was going on and going above and beyond.

Watters: This guy had it made. He was in a low security prison in his home country in El Salvador. He was fishing, he was gardening, playing soccer and video games. He would probably get released in a couple years. But his stupid senator and these dumb lawyers pulled him out of his home country back into here and now they are sending him to Uganda Is he going to bring his wife, is he going to bring his son? He's supposed to be a great dad and a great spouse and the wife and kids are allowed to go to Uganda. If this is a great marriage and these are loving people, she should get on the plane with him

This situation should result in sanctions for Tuxbery. He mislead his client that the depo was cancelled and allowed him to ship off to training. That's not what happened and he knows the subpoena was active when he signed up and shipped off to training school. Colin didn't realize he needs this school, sign his contract, and leave in one day, or one week. This was all a set up and it's falls on Tuxbery for misleading Colin about the subpoena

The two still pictures are two different pitches one strike one ball. This was every at bat and I never once showed this guy up until he engaged me… Then he got a lesson in etiquette. CNN’s John Miller tells Jake Tapper in the 6pm hour that it’s now clear the Minneapolis Catholic school shooter did not have “a specific motive” and there “won’t” ever “be a specific motive” because his “manifesto” was “kind of rambling” and “hate[d] everybody”.... “Well, looking through the manifesto, that's a lot of pages. Kind of rambling. A lot of it is his self pity for how his life is going, that he has been depressed for a long time, that he has been planning to do this for a long time, that he knows it's wrong, that he knows his friends are going to hate him for it, that he knows he's going to take his own life at the end of it. He said it was better to die standing up than kneeling down for all the injustices he appears to believe he has suffered during his life. This is not foreign territory for us. Basically, I look at this guy and I know this guy because we've seen this guy before. He has written messages all over his rifles to homages to the New Zealand shooter who killed 51 Muslims in mosques while they were praying to the Norway shooter who killed children in — in a camp. And — and is as known as the biggest body count, very much like what we saw among the Buffalo shooter. These are individuals who, you know, we look for that specific motive. There won't be a specific motive. He's got problems in his life. He has decided to blame everybody else. He has anti-black messages, anti-Semitic messages, anti-religious messages, anti-God messages. In other words, his motive is he hates everybody because his life's a mess. And he figures it's not his fault.”
