Every Indian political party and every parliamentarian, to my knowledge, is a nationalist at the end of the day. He believes in the nation. He believes in the progress of the Nation. Why should our political agenda be set by forces that are inimical to Bharat? Why should our agenda be influenced by our enemies? Why should we fight amongst ourselves? Let us not look for enemies within. I appeal to everyone in the political spectrum, please have mutual respect. Please don't trade unbecoming language on television or otherwise against the leadership of one party or the other. This culture is not our civilizational essence. We have to be careful with our language. If political dialogue takes place at a higher level if leaders mingle more frequently, they have greater discourse among themselves. So the Supreme Court appealed the decision of the Delhi High Court to a 2-judge bench of the Delhi High Court. The 2-judge bench of the Delhi High Court referred the matter back to the Supreme Court, saying this is your matter, you decide. Now the Supreme Court became the judge, jury and executioner in its own case. Cricket bookies would kill to have such a fixed match. A single-judge bench of the Supreme Court took up the matter and said a 3-judge bench should decide the case. The 3-judge bench of the Supreme Court sat on the case for 8 long years and arrived at a verdict - the matter should be looked at by a 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court. Finally in 2019, the 5-judge bench of the Supreme Court gave its verdict. It did not say that Supreme Court judges should declare their assets. I love that the running backs are communicating about the current state of their pay scale, but I hope it’s not just sports bitching. In order to force any change in their current predicament they need to be fearless, daring, but most of all unselfish. Executives, & ownership always bet on big bank taking little bank. They don’t expect players to sacrifice for one another or stick together, but this is the time to prove them wrong. Every running back should decide to sit in whenever tagged. If you are asked to play under the tag you should sign it, go into the building & miraculously be banged up on game day. You should never suit up, never dress out, never put yourself at risk, but collect every penny of your money. It doesn’t work if only one guy buys in! It’s has to be every single running back!

Some millennials have been working for 20 years and are still confused by corporate 😂 For those who are still in the dark let me fill you in. Your performance doesn't matter. Your performance review doesn't matter. Your compensation has been set by a budget committee a year ago. You are not "overachieving" anything. Management has a fixed pool of money to pay the people they manage so they can give them raises less than inflation. If they give you more money, they have to give someone else less money. It's a zero-sum game. Managers actually have a larger pool of money to hire new employees because corporations recognize that new hires need to be incentivized to come over. They won't just leave their company for the same money. If you've been at the same company for 5 years you are underpaid. If you've been at the same company for 10 years you are paid less than a new hire at a competitor. Loyalty doesn't matter because there is no reason for a company to voluntarily pay you more money. Corporations already know that over 95% of employees will not go anywhere and will take whatever they get. Even if that's nothing. There's no reason to pay everybody more money when only a tiny percentage of workers will leave. Even if you leave... (remember over 95% of employees will not) ... the corporation will distribute the work you were doing among all your coworkers. And they will take on the extra work. And they will stay. For nothing. Because in addition to a salary, what an employee wants is to not have to look for a new job. That's all the want. They don't want to move anywhere.
