He’ll soon become a regional embarrassment. 1st half is him reading from a paper, 2nd half is without it. He can’t even pronounce the words properly. 2nd half it’s full of broken English. He can’t form a sentence properly. Incorrect grammar and incorrect prepositions everywhere. Why do taxpayers have to fund these people? Is this what we Maldivians deserve? Why is our president giving jobs to incompetent and uneducated people like him just cause he is someone’s child? Abdul Raheem Abdulla himself is uneducated. His son is no better or worse than him. Foreigners watching this would think this is how an average Maldivian speaks in English but we know that it isn’t. An average Maldivian speaks competent English. Most of our kids who are growing up now even speak English like native speakers with fluency and accuracy. We’re an educated nation. We don’t deserve this. Dr Mohamed Muizzu promised competent people when he campaigned for presidency last year. People voted him for competency. People trusted him. i just hope tian is okay right now. with all the false accusations and everything that’s been happening, i can’t even imagine what he must be going through. it honestly breaks my heart thinking about how overwhelming and hurtful this situation must be for him. i really hope he knows that so many of us truly don’t care about his past relationships at all. he is a grown adult and his personal life is his own. what matters to us is the person he is, the work he does, and the happiness he brings to so many people. and the truth is that tian has already shown multiple times that these accusations are false. even a lawyer pointed out that what he posted was not just a simple lawyer’s letter but a case notice stating malicious fabrication. in the entertainment industry most celebrities usually sue for defamation of reputation, but accusing someone of malicious fabrication is much more serious. yet even with official statements and legal action, some people still choose to ignore it and keep spreading rumors as if random posts online were more believable than documents with an official seal. that’s why this situation feels so frustrating and unfair. no matter what proof is shown, some people will still try to twist the narrative. but there are also many of us who see what is really happening and refuse to believe these rumors. more than anything, i just hope he is surrounded by people who support him and that he’s taking care of himself. i hope he knows there are still so many people sending him love and standing by him. at the end of the day we love him for who he is, not for some perfect image people try to force on him. he deserves peace and support, especially during a moment like this. 🤍

This is the guy you give all this money to and he doesn’t even know the basic facts about a team. ESPN can sit here all day and tell me his ratings. People are “hate watching”. Or even worse, they are watching to mock how bad it is. It’s akin to the later years of Mike Francesa at WFAN. Where people watched to hear the crank calls or to watch him falling asleep at the mic. It’s getting to that level of bad for ESPN when it comes to SAS. I don’t know anybody that watches him because they think they are getting anything substantive out of him. And that isn’t sustainable. I say it all the time. People don’t know what they like, they like what they know. Not. One. Person.
