Amazon worker says the Amazon warehouse he works at only hired foreigners 🚨 He says they deny American citizens jobs, tell employees they aren’t hiring if they recommend a friend or family member, then hire 10 foreigners per week “When is ICE gonna come to Amazon? Mayor Brandon Johnson is asked whether or not he plans on making changes to his summer safety strategy after 71 people were shot over the weekend and a 7 year old was shot and killed today in #Chicago. They are without: ◦Food ◦Water ◦Electricity Gas stations are out and he says it’s literally a war zone. Looting is everywhere and police is only responding to big emergency. Walmart where he worked is flooded out. He says people are not allowed to in to help because they’re afraid the bridge may collapse and the only way is by air. I did hear earlier that the only way to get to the most devastated areas that need help the most is by air. I added 3 of his videos and the last one was posted about an hour ago.

When confronted by Reuters over his close advisors' undemocratic language and threats against non-Monarchists, he says that he is imposing stricter protocol that ensures that - in his words - they "censor themselves," which he says is unfair because it is an infringement of free speech. Read that again. He is not saying that their undemocratic thinking and approach is wrong. he says that they have to do a better job at hiding it, even if it's unfair to them. Yes, the people making death threats against non-Monarchists are the victims, in his mind. And then he makes additional excuses for them because they too have suffered at the hands of the Islamic Republic (which is true). But the bottom line then is that a) their undemocratic mindset is neither a problem nor wrong, b) they have to conceal it better by "curbing their statements" even if it violates their free speech, c) and that they have to do a better job pretending to be democratic and pluralistic by adopting its language, but not its meaning. This is why many view the Monarchists as a non-threat to the Islamic Republic, but a major threat - alongside the current theocracy - to a genuinely democratic opposition emerging from inside Iran.
