Mayor Brandon Johnson is asked whether or not he plans on making changes to his summer safety strategy after 71 people were shot over the weekend and a 7 year old was shot and killed today in #Chicago. They are without: ◦Food ◦Water ◦Electricity Gas stations are out and he says it’s literally a war zone. Looting is everywhere and police is only responding to big emergency. Walmart where he worked is flooded out. He says people are not allowed to in to help because they’re afraid the bridge may collapse and the only way is by air. I did hear earlier that the only way to get to the most devastated areas that need help the most is by air. I added 3 of his videos and the last one was posted about an hour ago.
