Don't think the message is so difficult to understand. The organisers are as much Indian as the CJP and its supporters, who routinely abuse the PM, the HM, Hindu deities, and anyone who doesn't subscribe to their narrative. The organisers apparently see these CJP goons as a contemporary embodiment of the evil Ravana represents and have chosen to symbolically burn these perceived evils alongside Ravana. You may disagree with their message, but asking what it means isn't exactly difficult when the symbolism is right there in front of you.
