The only issue is that unconscious people have very little or no muscle tone, making them more like jelly than a sleeping person. This is a detail that is often overlooked. Anyone who has ever tried to support or lift an unconscious person quickly discovers how difficult it actually is.

Very impressive and good technique to apply leverage but IRL that body would be limp and 200 lbs would feel more like 300 lbs especially under duress
