Corporate policy enforcement routinely violate constitutional rights of we the people. Title 18 USC sections 241-242 and 42 USC sections 1983-1985 are great for prosecuting them for such violations.

On my way to law school, I was in a double program, which had a lot of cops in it. They said point blank the good cops were systematically drummed out of the force, hence them being in upper education programs. They said the force encouraged THIS type of behavior. Weed has been reduced to almost nothing in some states, so this reaction by a policeman is outrageous. And all he got was forced to resign?

The cop was fired, but what should have happened is the entire police department brought outside and played this video, explaining why this is not acting under the color of law. Then this officer should have been put down with all watching. Sends a clear message.
