Milton and Thornton both were brilliant on this play! Need more of this from both of them at Mizzou and against UGA!

If he could do this consistently our Offense would terrify the country again. This is what has been missing in his game. Stay calm, get out of trouble before it’s trouble, be in control and find someone.

He made a couple of plays like that. Really wish Heupel would open things up for him some on 3rd and longs and in the redzone

Told my dad in the moment that I think that 10-15 yard toss was the best pass I've ever seen him make. And seeing Thornton light up last night was a good, good thing considering the schedule coming up!

That’s a dropped pass a month a ago.

This is what I mean when QB play is why the vols aren’t as good. Milton isn’t bad, he’s better than most the SEC, but he doesn’t make these plays every game like Hooker does. And let’s hope he can moving forward.

It’s a good time for Milton to come around considering we’ve still got Missouri & Georgia to play. I’m hoping this game was also a sign that Thorton is coming around. We’ll know soon enough.

Yes. I don't think people understand how difficult this throw is, and that he made it with that precision. Best throw he's made all year.
