There is no excuse for not giving a penalty. VAR actually says it hits his chest first. It is crystal clear that it doesn't. It is quite simply CHEATING. If you compare the depth of the VAR investigation into giving the penalty against Scales compared to this one. Cheating!!!

If the VAR team were in a sealed environment looking at each call in isolation,and the screens had one team in total white head to toe and the other team in black head to toe. It would be an overnight miracle,how quickly VAR would get 100% of all calls right. The solution simple.
