@TerfSchool Vaginoplasty doesn’t create a vagina. It creates a surgically altered penis that looks like a body cavity. The tissue, nerve endings, pliability, and self cleaning elements of a vagina don’t exist in the castrated male surgical cavity. It is not, and never will be female.

Our friends sister is a nurse for a plastic surgeon who is constantly having to perform surgeries on these people that get these surgeries, she said it constantly stinks because it is literally an open wound that they have to keep from closing up. They have to keep it open with a speculum. They have constant bladder issues and bowel issues.
