In the same week the #wpathfiles are released, you thought you'd push this dangerous narrative? Children are being permanently damaged and, as the WPATH medics admit, lack capacity to consent. Shameful.

Out of context, I'm not sure this comes across as the positive rep you intended. People who haven't watched the show are just seeing a decidedly creepy adult male getting very handsy with a female child in a darkened room, while encouraging her to keep secrets from her parents.

Nobody's body is "all wrong". She isn't a boy. Becoming a "boy" will not make her into "her true self". This is dangerous messaging for a soap opera to be broadcasting.

If you're offended by trans people then simply don't go outside, don't watch TV, and don't go on the internet. This world isn't made for people as pathetic as you x

OMG. This is so irresponsible. Read The Cass Report. The Tavistock is being sued since 97.5% of children who said they were trans had underlying mental health problems driving the poor sense of self. They were 10 TIMES MORE LIKELY to have a sex offender as a father. Telling a child the solution to their childhood trauma is sterilisation, mutilation and life long medicalisation IS CHILD ABUSE.

Depicting an adult man grooming a vulnerable child behind her parent’s backs as a storyline is not ‘progressive’, it’s promoting child abuse. Shame on you. @Ofcom
