Mostly thieves don't use stolen mobile, instead they use stolen mobile's parts to sell in open markets(Repairing shops). An original display panel of a Samsung/Oneplus costs huge money at an authorized centre than local repairing shops.

The main problem is that you need to have a second device where you have same google account logged in. Coz for logging in Google asks for OTP which you cant get.

None of these options are there in my Samsung a54

This doesn't mean they cant steal your phone. They simply can not use it. Baki wapas karne nahi aayega.

The settings for android and iOS devices are different. I wish such an experienced person like him had clarified about which settings he is referring to.
