Can he please explain Ricky Jones then?

Rozenberg isn’t defending justice. He’s defending selective enforcement The maximum is seven years, not the mandatory.

Where's the proof that her post incited racial hatred🤔 It's a disgraceful sentence. Anyone defending this and thinking this represents a democratic & fair country really needs to assess their understanding of democratic & fair.

The whole point is that Lucy Connolly was poorly advised to plead guilty to the offence

So why isn’t the Labour councillor Ricky Jones who incited violence by suggesting slitting throats already banged up if it’s ’the law’?

It's in no one's interest to keep her in prison at the taxpayers expense. Keir Starmer is the only one to blame, she is still in prison, as it was his actions and words that made judges give such unfair sentences. Unless you're Labour, then you can call for throats to be cut.

Eton school boy type. Everyone can see this was a total stitch up on Lucy The Government and SS Starmer, including your guest are not working class. Couldn't be further from it. They have stopped listening and it will be their downfall. Just how far and extreme that looks like.

Still too long a sentence and, more importantly, it seems to have been imposed in order to make an example of her. The British public don’t think that is fair, whatever the guidelines say.

Nick lowles was never arrested and he did and said far worse
