This is Ashleigh Merchant. She is an absolute BADASS. Here, she is representing the attorney held in contempt for challenging the judge in the Young Thug case because the judge is insane and needs to be removed. I can’t even BELIEVE what is going on here.

This is a federal felony crime committed by the judge. 18 US Code § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law The intent of the judge is to get the name of the person who ratted him out for illegally conspiring with the with the adversarial party’s representation. The judge is using his power illegally to cover up his own malfeasance. And because he is taking the freedom of the other party’s representation, thus depriving him of rights, and doing so under the pretense of legally supported power of a judge to do so, he is violating § 242 willfully and actually.

This is Fulton county in Georgia. This is probably the most corrupt county with its totally rotten judicial makeup.

Both lawyers dressed him down. He doesn’t seem very qualified (DEI?), or he is power drunk like Fani. Where is the committee GA created or the AG; this judge’s behavior clearly warrants a review.

It's interesting to see a lawyer who is SO MUCH more intelligent and knowledgeable than the judge. Sad.

File immediately disciplinary complaint against this judge , she needs to put him on notice in the lower court of what he is doing that is illegal, SHE NEEDS TO RING THE BELL, otherwise the higher court will use that excuse and not address his violations directly. Also not calling him out and putting it on record gives permission to the higher court to either write it off as judicial discretion, or over rule him based on poor discretion and then simply reminding it back down to the lower court with a different judge. Write up the complaint against the judge, submit in writing and repeat those crimes in court for the record. This removes the immunity and shows blatant willful misconduct

Judge was clearly attempting to abuse his authority.

This judge should be removed and permanently disbarred. "He got the information from an improper methodology." No he didn't. A witness tattled on the corrupt judge's wicked deeds and the judge wants to know who it was so he can punish him.
