I had a lovely cuddle with a therapy pony at the Christie Cancer hospital in Manchester. I was having radiotherapy and the ambulance drivers arranged it for me in the gardens. I felt so privileged 😍

Aww, how wonderful 🥰 Did the radiotherapy help, give you more time? I say that as I believe the cancer you have is terminal? 😢🙏🏻😘

Yeah it was palliative radiotherapy, so just 5 sessions. It has definitely helped though. I actually feel much better just for being out of hospital!! I don't know my prognosis, so I'm just like everyone else now 😊

Bless you,is that bcos you don't want to know? My Dad(parents split years ago)had cancer,most of his family did.He wrote to Mum advising I have a cancer gene assessment,I found the letter yesterday, Mum told me about it years ago.I standby what I said then-I'd rather not know!🙏🏻

Yeah exactly that. My ex husband knows and he wants my kids tested bcos I already know I've got the BRCA mutation. I'm against it tbh but have told my kids to be vigilant. Whether they have the tests or not remains to be seen. 🤞🙏
