That's a pretty understandable response but there are limits that can ruin your season - like Kenseth took out Logano in the Chase. In the last races, you'll regret your relationship with drivers who have nothing to lose.

Honestly it would help but it's not necessarily the case he has to be liked by drivers. But if he ever wants an opportunity better than Spire in his career he does need team owners to like him.
