Notice how passive the teachers were and how few were in the hallway? Lack of discipline starts and ends with teachers enforcing rules and being in sight. Too many teachers refuse to do so because they simply don't want the hassle, not caring that it's part of their job.

@brutalfightz How come teacher’s don’t do anything anymore? When I was in school teachers broke fight’s up and cop’s put you in handcuff’s. I was expelled in 9th grade and put in handcuff’s back in 2008.
