This is crazy. This guy did a FOIA request (freedom of information act request) on himself. And it turns out there was drone surveillance of his garden “suspected food production”

🚨👀 Is local government literally drone-surveilling backyard food gardens? This guy filed a FOIA in his own name… and got drone footage back labeled as surveillance for “suspected food production” in his own yard. 🥬🚁 What needs to be done about this? 🤔 (foodforestvirginia)

Mike Benz exposes that multiple times Jeffrey Epstein put in Freedom of Information Act requests for information for any agency links between the CIA and himself He seemed to be testing what would come up if anyone was to put in this same FOIA request Epstein worked for the CIA

Phang: The DOJ in this case was trying to make a claim that I should just be chasing down this information via FOIA. "Oh, Ms. Fang needs to go and get this via FOIA." But when we filed our reply, we made it clear that FOIA has very specific limitations that would prevent a lot of this information in the Epstein files from coming out. So then we got our hands on a response from the DOJ. It was a letter sent to a gentleman who had filed his own FOIA request seeking information from the DOJ pursuant to FOIA regarding Ghislaine Maxwell and Todd Blanche. And what did the DOJ say? "Oh, you don't have to get it through FOIA. The Epstein Files Transparency Act is available for you." So the DOJ's been talking out of both sides of its mouth.

Do a Freedom of Information Act on your name and request it from the county administrator. Easy payday or easy payback your choice.

Journalist Anna Matson put in a Freedom of Information Act request in Michigan “Grand Blanc Township charged me over $100k for a FOIA request” She appealed the cost, it was denied This corruption is insane “When a government body issues six-figure fees to access public records, that is not being transparent, that is not being accountable. That is obstruction, it is intimidation, and it goes directly against the intent of the law.” “I received estimates of $100,000 and $64,000 for records related to the fire chief and the fire station operations — FOIA says it is the public policy of this state that all persons are entitled to full and complete information regarding the affairs of government — That is the purpose of FOIA, transparency, accountability, and public participation” The highest FOIA fee this township has charged all year is $75. My request was suddenly estimated at more than 133,000% higher — You are the legislative branch of this township. You are the elected representatives. You are supposed to be the most accountable to the people. That is the vision the founding fathers had in mind. Legislative bodies were designed to be the closest to the citizens to safeguard their rights and to oversee the actions of government.”

This independent journalist shows up at a public office building with a legal freedom of information request. He finds himself surrounded by seven or eight cops asking him to leave for no reason.. he’s not broken any laws.. There’s a lot of back-and-forth here, and it may sound redundant, but he is brilliantly, politely, and assertively making his case. He systematically disarmed all of them with his knowledge of the law. We all need to be more like this guy, and PS this has a very satisfying ending.

There is no clearer admission of guilt than a government that wishes to hide its work, and this is exactly what this BC NDP government's Bill 9, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Amendment Act, does.

BREAKING: THEY TAMPERED WITH THE BIDEN TAPE TRANSCRIPTS! Wow. Judicial Watch ⚖️’s FOIA lawsuit forced the Biden team to admit what everyone suspected – that the transcript is not accurate and was changed in a way to help Biden. There is nothing ordinary about this, and the transcript inaccuracy issues seem to help Biden’s political campaign needs. So today we initiated a new FOIA request on Biden’s Nixonian tape scandal.

$They offered a fraction of what was owed. Refused to reconsider. Stonewalled every request for information. This wasn't just about Samsung anymore. It revealed something far more sinister. This was part of a systematic effort:$

Why is Brian Harpole lying directly to Sean Ryan about there not being a quote unquote "trap door" where Charlie Kirk was sitting ? Is he living in an alternate universe? Is this a Mandela effect? Check out the video below, it proves he's lying straight to the people's faces. Hey MFR why don't you file the FOIA request seen as your crew is the one who's getting "flak" for it.. ? Meanwhile the people already beat you to it and have been denied the FOIA request.
