So essentially what this man is doing is acquiring the car giving them a private loan secured by the vehicle. No banks involved no regulation. If they default — they’d still (owe number of months x monthly payments). He’ll take them to court and the court will fall in his favor stating they owe hundreds of thousands dollars. He’ll be able to pillage their lives forever

I presumed this was fake because no way anybody is spending that amount of money for a nissan.

They know she ain’t gonna keep it that long, if they get 2 years and reposses it and do it to the next person they’ll be happy. They’ll call her at tax season and put her in another car and do it all over again 🤷🏾‍♂️
