The fallacy with these arguments that shift all the blame away from us & our leaders to the white man, is that while the white people may be a part of the problem, they are not entirely to blame. The Museveni he is exoneration blows 3.3 billion shillings every 24 hours in a country where hospitals go without drugs, and girls use soil as sanitary towels! Do we really want to blame the white man for that? What of the nepotism that gives us bogus leaders, or the unending politicking? Is it because of the Americans that we produce more electricity than we can and yet have one of the highest costs of electricity? Is it the British to blame for the fact that West Nile has never had electricity? Or the fact that Kampala has such deplorable roads?! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Tell me one black leader who has opposed the white man’s system and is alive today sir? He is very clear in this video, we need to change the system .. typical example is our education system ..

A working system is built by a visionary leader and this system can then outlive any leader Museveni has the powers to build a strong working parliament, has powers to build a strong working judiciary. A system doesn't build itself, why do you think the military system is firm?

There's no depth is what the guy is saying, objectively speaking. It's the leader that puts these functional systems and policies in place. They don't fall from heaven. If someone has been around for 40 yrs & everything still runs around him, how can he not be the problem!

@idringp I beg to differ from content in this video, @KagutaMuseveni has been stumbling block in the development of uganda, Museveni doesn't respect his own constitution he made in 1995, he doesn't believe In development for all & most importantly he believe not in democracy
