Indeed. Son has been on his own lifting journey for a while, and my 21 y.o. daughter just got bit by the iron bug. She likes adding weight to the bar.

I met him once. Cool guy.

I thought I lifted hardcore with DMAA back in the day but it has nothing on my little daughter saying "come on daddy you can do it"
