This is definitely Masaharu Tada's animation on NARUTO #349 Going frame by frame you can see the details of the house slowly transform. It's a difficult cut to conceptualize from scratch. Strong sense of his western cartoon roots. Sadly not a lot is known about his career

for those that don't grasp how crazy this is GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst vs Ideogram 4.5 and by the way it's likely just simple masking/in-painting but it still surprises me it's not the default for the majority of image editing models. you can tell it's in-painting because you can see the bush around my shoulder slowly turn into a line. it's the same reason my tattoos fade on why side of my arm (the closest to my t-shirt). no excuse for chopping of half of my head though. I'm going to have to try a workflow where I use this on every frame of a video.

This is a toughhhhh shot from Will Riley, who looks very natural handling the ball despite his size You can see how he needs to add more muscle to his frame, as he was affected by Steph’s strength But you love to see him counter & still hit the fadeaway

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

This is a Seedance 2.0 interpretation of a manga that has never been adapted into an anime 🤯 Check the thumbnail to see how I prepared the first frame. Absolutely incredible! I really think this is going to unlock a lot for manga artists. (Manga is Vagabond, btw.)

If you’re a YouTuber study this NOW His thumbnails IS the first frame of his video So when a viewer is scrolling and the video autoplays, it continues from the thumbnail seamlessly The biggest YouTubers hook viewers this way

This animation style is one of the most original I've come across. It's not easy to find an aesthetic like this, one that grabs your attention from the very first frame. This animation was created using one of my Midjourney illustration styles and animated with Seedance 2.0 Mini on TopviewAI

People do this kind of thing when they feel they are experiencing reality at a high frame rate. It does not feel risky to hold a laptop by a corner if you feel like you have an “agency frame” every half second. It feels risky if you have an “agency frame” every 60 seconds. You’d be betting that a hand you do not have control over for 60 seconds will keep gripping. Our conscious frame rate can vary dramatically throughout the day, and it’s hard to perceive the difference because we can only sample ourselves at our conscious frame rate, we can’t oversample ourselves. People drunk drive because they fail to perceive their slower frame rate. Their frame rate feels normal because it matches their sample rate. But we do get a subtle sense of when we’re “switched on”. Everything seems to go easier, everything feels less risky and more easy to correct. A lot of people toward the autistic side of the spectrum are experiencing reality very granularly with a “high agency frame rate”. This is why their social interactions can seem overly forced and awkward, they can be bad at dancing, etc—because they are exerting conscious control over their body and language at very tight intervals—you get a sense that they are extremely “self aware” and not “letting go”. “Letting go” in the social sense is actually about reducing your agency frame rate. That’s why alcohol is good for socializing and bad for driving. With a reduced agency frame rate our speech and body language feels more natural, less forced. More like we are flowing with the social group mind rather than being an island of constant awkward agency.

Working on the second layer. Using a glaze technique (thin layers of paint) to blend the shadows. You can achieve a great sense of depth by working this way, slowly building up the layers, gradually refining the details. Defend the Realm 2 coming soon.

Mayor of Calgary: "It's really rich to see from some of these leaders in the separatist movement, they talk a lot about freedom, they talk a lot about sovereignty. And when they go down south of the border, offering our water, our land, our oil, this is not about taking back Alberta, this is about selling out Alberta."

🤣🔥 President Trump just commented on the growing number of "reporters" outside the White House for his Marine One departures "Is this a bigger crowd than normal, or what?! Am I getting HOTTER?! What's going on right here? This a LOT of people" 😆 Yeah, the crowd has DEFINITELY gotten bigger. It's a freaking circus outside the White House anymore when POTUS tries to go anywhere. But it gives him a HELL of a variety of questions to answer! Lol.

Enough people have asked about the Drake Baldwin double off of Bryce Harper's glove in the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves game. This is 100% ... a double. This is not an error. Again, it is not an error to misjudge a fly ball, and you determine the error here by the mechanics of the catch, and Harper is making a leaping attempt of a ball over his head. You can see that on the screen cap. This is an easy call of a double as a scorer. #RIngTheBell #BravesCountry

I’m stuck on this but once you notice they tried to edit out the shoulder touch, the choppiness of the edit becomes obvious. They have to cut Mike completely out of the frame so you can’t see him bring his arm up to touch Will, and then they zoom in fast to hide his hand.
