This is despicable… ABC host is visibly shocked learning the man who didn’t want Lindsay Clancy free…. Was a black man. If I didn’t know any better, I would say CBS News just attempted to DOX the man since the juror clarified he was the only person of color. Agree?

Absolutely. Pointing out that he was the only person of color on the jury while broadcasting that reaction isn't just bad journalism it puts a target on his back. Highly irresponsible.

The man, who only wants to be identified as Carlos, said he was detained after a traffic stop. Carlos said he was shocked when he was pulled over and didn't know who Guthrie is. "I'm innocent," he said, adding that he hopes the suspect is found soon so his name could be cleared.
