Carney at the last minute will cave like he has not that long ago. I also think Trump is bluffing on some levels with his tariff threats. Some of those threats would actually hurt many businesses in the northern states. I think the supply management will be tweaked a little so Trump can claim a victory , Ford will be put back in his cage for a while . I think allot of this is just a distraction.
