I've actually done this. Similar incident, some random dude seen my girl at a gas station and gave her his number. I had this dipshit send $200 to her Cashapp, setup dinner dates and never show up, good morning texts....the whole charade. This went on for a while until I got bored and finally called the dude and told him to fuck off 😈🤣🤣
