This is difficult to watch, but there’s new information here we should be aware of. ABC News obtained the survivor’s initial 2024 statement and text messages in the Cornell Chi Phi case — they add context to what’s already been reported.

Not really. The rapists still deserve years in prison

Sounds like she found out about the Snapchat comments and realised her male friend was a pig.

This backs-up what I've been saying for 3 days. The rush to label the men as "rapists" vastly outstripped the evidence. And why is Hochul on the one hand saying "we need the truth", & on the other, describing her as "the victim" when we don't even know if there was a crime?!

What may have started as consensual became non-consensual. These men took advantage as they knowingly incapacitated her w more drugs, then invited their friends to gang R her. It’s sick men see one or two yeses as the right to use her as a pin cushion. Only 1 stopped them.

Seems like the male who sent out the snap message ruined everything. It’s also such a shame that adults cannot engage in consensual sex, without some idiot male taking advantage. Whether rape happened or not, the guy who posted the Snapchat, should be imprisoned.

I'm glad there is going to be an independent investigation.

It was consensual and "free pussy" was just referring to her acting like a whore Like when she snorted drugs off of an erect cocktail- that wasn't coercion

Hoe goes full hoe and it’s men’s fault. 🤣🤣🤣

The truth is, according to her own words, she's a hua and became embarrassed by her own hua behavior because other people found out - shocker - and they recoiled at her hua behavior - another shocker - and so she set out to rehabilitate her reputation by playing the victim.

She was trying to rationalize what happened. Victims do this in the beginning. You don't want to believe your friend could do this to you.

Crazy!
