This is disgusting behaviour

If drivers are messing with the food based on tip expectations then these food services need to hide the tip from them until delivery is completed. That’s crazy

It is not only expecting the tip, but expecting it upfront, before your job is even done. How much sense does that make? Bad service, no tip. It should always be updated after the delivery

I'll never understand the tip culture in America. I paid for my food, you get paid to deliver my stuff, so why do I have to pay you for doing your job? A tip is a generosity not an entitlement

Tipping expectations are out of control these days 😳 At least she realized that she was in the wrong & didn't take the money. I think she probably learned a valuable lesson here & won't be adding notes to people's deliveries anymore!
