The girl is learning this at home. Stay far away from the parent(s). I’d be calling the police and child protection services as well as alerting the school. If she brings a gun to school and hurts someone, the guilt of doing nothing would be overwhelming.

The 9-year old girl is in an abusive household and this father should be calling the police immediately.
