As can be seen from the comments in this thread, the public does not share your narrative. They do not find it credible, and they regard you as a malevolent group. I think you need to read the comments, and understand that ordinary people are sick of you.

But Ed, these higher temperatures are good news for the UK, it means we won't have to go abroad on holiday, which will mean less air travel and less pollution.
