This is Stephanie Melgoza, she was a nursing student in Illinois. She was driving drunk and in 2022 she killed two innocent people.. This is police body cam footage of her showing absolutely no remorse, and in fact she’s singing, and laughing. She asks when she can go back to school, and when she can get her car back, the officer tells her again the “car is totaled. It’s a crime scene.
