Sometimes as fans, we are mostly focused on how the achievements of the team means to us and we forget about the players. How they feel about it, what it means for them to win these games. Take Noni Madueke for instance, his transfer to Arsenal was a mess. A lot of the fans didn't understand the move and there was a lot of displeasure about it online. How do you think that made Madueke feel? This is a guy who was on top of his game in the Netherlands before moving to Chelsea and everything changed for him. He went from a confident dribbling monster, fighting for silverware to whatever he was at Chelsea, a shadow of himself. Now he has won the league in his first season at Arsenal and made the world cup squad for England. Arteta is not only saving the lives of the fans, he is also saving the lives of his players.
