The default Pixi.js WebGL renderer used by MZ supports just four blend modes (Normal, Additive, Screen, and Multiply), so I try to restrict myself to those same modes when making mockups and assets. 🤓

I was fascinated the first time I saw this type of car wash in America. This was in early 2008 when I first came. I thought of starting something similar in Nigeria. I went to work, ran the numbers, called up vendors, suppliers, and franchisees. My research showed that I would need about a million dollars to start this in Lekki. I was able to secure an investor. The only problem was that they wanted me to physically be in Nigeria to manage it. That was how the idea died. I wasn’t going to leave my PhD unfinished to chase something so risky even though there was a chance it might take off big time. Alternative history is pure speculation. Each time I take my car for a wash, I still wonder what would have happened if I had returned to Nigeria in 2009 with a $1M investment to start this business. I guess we would never know. And, no, I’m not about to find out anymore.

Something I notice with most amateurs I play with is they have super restricted hips. Tougher to play well like that and even puts your back at risk of injury (which was the case with me). This is a favorite move I learned from TPI’s ELDOA program. Simple, but a game changer

Green was kicked out of Trump's address because he kept interrupting. "I'm a son of the segregated South. I had to sit in the back of the bus, the balcony of the movie, drink from a colored water fountain..." "When the speaker decided that I would be removed and then there was this resolution to censure me, it became obvious to me that I was not being treated as others were." This takes victimhood to a whole new level.

This was a pretty extraordinary allegation from Democrat Senator Mark Kelly. Almost sounds defamatory... During an appearance on CBS’s Face the Nation, Kelly accused Secretary of War Pete Hegseth of making personnel decisions based on “the color of their skin” or “because they’re women.” Even Margaret Brennan immediately stepped in to point out that Hegseth would deny the allegation. KELLY: “Well, he often fires people because of the color of their skin or because they’re women. He also seems to be looking—” Brennan immediately shot back. BRENNAN: “He would deny that.” KELLY: “Of course he would deny that. I think anybody would deny that, but it’s pretty obvious when you have a list of seven people who don’t promote from one star to two-star and five are either black or women, it’s pretty obvious.” Wow. That is a heck of a claim to make on national television.
