Oh man, the driver was paralyzed and the front passenger was blind. Stopped for failure to have the license plate illuminated and the cop claimed to smell marijuana. After a 30 min search of the vehicle nothing was found. I’m sure some lawyer is going to enjoy this one.

How does he not have a wheelchair with him? How was he going to get out? Since he's some sort of activist, it seems that he deliberately leaves his wheelchair at home in order to spark these encounters. He even admitted that, talking about all of the state troopers he had forced to send for a wheelchair. And then he acts like an asshole to the cops while expecting them to be oh so nice to him. Maybe the cops just didn't believe him in light of how he was acting. Anybody can claim they can't walk but frankly, the fact that he has no wheel chair with him doesn't make sense if he needs a wheelchair. That alone gives the cops plenty of evidence that he's lying. And then suddenly he just "has to" piss in front of the cop. Another setup. I don't feel bad for him at all, he instigated the whole encounter.

This is the shit that makes me hate what modern law enforcement has become. People know your rights, know the law, remain silent and do not let them tread on your constitutional rights. Cops out there… you can do your job without being an asshole. If you’re doing it for a power trip you are in it for the wrong reason.
