Dear Nigeria Police Force and the inspector General of Police, does it mean your personnel don't go through orientation before being recruited? Imagine the audacity of the people you gave riffles to protect the people. With this kind of bragging rights, don't you think that this man can kill without looking back? Why should Nigerians meant to be more afraid of security agents than the actual criminals? If the Inspector General of police is serious with his reforms, this man and others like him are supposed to be stripped of that uniform, and also tried and sent to jail.
