Interesting 5 minutes or so here at the end of the hearing discussing this during which Judge Gildea presses Rosenberg on the delays. Rosenberg did NOT want the conversation to be occurring in open court. Strange, since he had no problem using Colin Albert to publicly detract from his own client's deficiencies over the past two weeks.

Defense lawyers are demanding cameras be completely banned from the courtroom and another six-month delay before the preliminary hearing starts. Months into the proceedings and it’s been nonstop fights over clothing, photographer rules, and now they're pushing for a total media blackout. Fox News legal analyst Josh Ritter: “With all of this kind of delay, it does seem at this point that it is a tactic to never really get this case off of the ground."
