The problem is that this comparison only works if you treat price structure as destiny and ignore the actual drivers. Gold’s 1970s–1980 surge happened after the collapse of Bretton Woods, with double-digit inflation, oil shocks, and central banks actually accumulating a physical monetary metal. Bitcoin in 2026 is already a liquid, institutionally owned, ETF-wrapped risk asset that has been through multiple full cycles. Calling that ‘so early it’s actually crazy’ is not analysis. It’s the same slogan crypto uses in every cycle. Also, ‘Bitcoin is already worth around 100x more than physical gold’ is sloppy. Gold’s total market cap is still far larger. Per-ounce price is a different comparison. Neither one automatically proves that a 1979-style blow-off is next or that the right-hand chart is about to print $200k+ just because the squiggles look similar. The jump from ‘gather knowledge’ to ‘memecoins will retire so many people’ is where the post stops being a market take and becomes a sales pitch. One $PONS call at 700k MC does not rewrite the base rate. Most memecoins still go to zero or near-zero. The people who get retired are usually a thin slice at the top of the distribution. Everyone else funds the move. And then the follow-up: ‘next callout tomorrow, join TG before I make it private.’ That’s not education. That’s a funnel attached to a bullish narrative. You can be bullish on BTC, SOL, and ETH. You can even think another expansion is coming. What you shouldn’t do is dress a pattern overlay plus a memecoin telegram as if it were some rare historical insight. Charts can rhyme. They also fail. The difference is that the failed version doesn’t show up in the video.”

And then usually a parabolic blow-off top means you don't want to be chasing it if it happens. "But long-term I love gold and silver, and I'd love to see it consolidate for a year or so.
