Yes absolutely. Personal example: I was recently asked one day in advance to give a presentation. I reviewed my material for about 30 minutes and crushed it. Back in high school, my anxiety would have been through the roof and hindered me from doing well. Level 1 v Level 30

Proficiency in any task is inevitable, given enough hours
