The 14th amendment is quite clear, and so was the ruling, which only made the recently freed slaves and their children citizens, not illegals. Here are the actual transcripts of the drafting of the 14th amendment and what Under Jurisdiction actually means attached. I will keep saying it until all citizens know our laws have been being perverted against our sovereignty.
