She’s right about walking away from phamicutical medicine and doctors. Years ago I was very sick and could barely get out of bed. I was on a bunch of medication that the VA hospital put me on. I was also using crutches and a scooter to get around because I couldn’t walk very well. One day I looked in the mirror and I didn’t even recognize myself anymore. I threw away all my pills and started my journey to heal myself. I exercised every day and watched what I ate and took into my body. After almost 2 years I started walking on my own again and riding a bike everywhere. I only use natural remedies and exercise as often as I can. There is nothing wrong with doctors but unfortunately they are not allowed to tell you about natural cures or remedies. They can get fired for telling you about natural alternatives. This shows how powerful the pharmaceutical industry has become. It’s nothing but a racket to keep you dependent on them while they profit off your misery.
