Forsyth County, Georgia is the same way! County Commissioners are profiting from all the new developers. They never met a subdivision they didn’t like.

That happened where I grew up in Colorado. Hopefully doesn't happen where we are now. Quickly angling ourselves to have enough funds to invest in surrounding farmland whenever the farmer retires.

The construction in SC low country has been insane for the past 25+ yrs. It’s even happening here in Bumfvk, NM, too. It’s really odd as, we can’t figure out what all of these newcomers do.
