Even while rooting for Alex, If Rountree were able to pull off a win, I would have been happy for him.

If anything he proved he belongs in the top of the division… can’t wait to see what’s next for Roundtree 💪

He is an absolute warrior, put up a great fight and didn’t quit until his body literally couldn’t take any more.

I hope he doesn't become one of those who overcame so many obstacles to make it, to finally land that big career moment, to let the loss be the reason he begins to slip backwards. I hope he bounces back (after Pereira has left the division) and wins the strap. That'd be surreal
