Actress Rekha and actor Pankaj Tripathi attended an event organized by the Indian community in Melbourne, Australia, to celebrate India’s Independence. Rekha was giving a speech there when she called Pankaj Tripathi to give a speech and then asked him to give an Independence Day speech in English. Pankaj Tripathi started refusing, saying that he doesn’t know how to speak English and that he studied in a Hindi-medium school. So Rekha said that she would speak in English and Pankaj Tripathi could copy her and say the same thing after her. After that, Rekha gave her speech in English, and Pankaj Tripathi followed her and spoke in English, repeating whatever Rekha said. It was quite funny to watch, and the Indian community members sitting in the audience also started laughing.
