This transiction, the slowed blurred scene that “never ends”, just as Max regret for not taking a chance to “escape” with Jackie, cutting to a million expressions and feelings passing through Pam Grier perfomance… a lifetime scene indeed.

It feels like a different director, too. Reservoir Dogs and then Pulp Fiction? Yeah, that's the same guy for sure. He does action and dialogue and gore, yes. But Jackie has heart and warmth.

It’s his 3rd greatest (after PF & KB1)… but it’s by far my favorite. Top 5 film for me. A million of these excellent little moments
