My rear center headrest assembly is not only loose on its hinge and squeals when adjusted, but also gets stuck. Very confusing. Here’s how I’d expect it to operate: -Assembly should lock tightly into upright position. (It does not) -Headrest should glide smoothly and silently through its entire range of motion (it does not) -Assembly should sit firmly in the downward position without bouncing (it does not— I’d hate to hit a pothole with drinks in this) -Headrest should not move laterally on its rails (it currently is loose and moves in all directions) -All functions should be in silence (it is not) Am I being too picky, or am I missing something here?
