America, leave NATO so it becomes an European force. Pull all resources out and force full EU to resource itself. The UK needs to be an independent military of min 400k defensive soldiers, iron dome systems, ships, planes etc for defending internal/external threat.

If pressed, Germany will rebuild its military and develop nuclear weapons in a few very short years. The AfD is likely to continue gaining strength and could eventually take control. But hey, Europe's gotta take care of Europe.
