The 80's were a magical time to grow up. If you were out having Pizza after a school sports game, you ate fast and migrated to the arcade. Pacman playing in the background is the sound I remember the most. That iconic sound meant that there were fun games to be played nearby.

And it was glorious! NAY! EPIC! The crowds. The shit talk. The possibility of getting into a fist fight. Now we just have some 7 year old, on a hot mic, telling us what he is going to do to our mothers.

Midnight release of the PlayStation 2 at GameStop in 2000.

Best years of my life. Sure many can relate. People together having a great time.

In '82, the arcade was the ultimate weekend vibe for kids. Quarters ready, high scores to beat, and friends to compete with. Pure nostalgia.

Anyone remember or loved to play Bubble Bobble released 1986

They’re called “arcades” 😝

My mom once dated a guy who owned an arcade and would regularly take us to get new machines at video game chop shops. Great times.
