This is how prasadam is distributed in Sri Sringeri Shankar mutt. All the Varanas pray together and have prasadam together. We need to have more institutions like this, then only our age old tradition will transfer to the future generations.

If I have the liberty to talk history then Al Beruni in the 11th century says all the four varnas (varna is not jati) live together in villages, and even live in the same houses. So, caste (if we conflate it with varna) based exploitation was non existent in the ancient times. Please share such beautiful information, Jain Sahab.
