Except you pay taxes on the appreciating asset and now you’re making loan payments with interest. Not only that but you pay all the taxes when you sell that property or stocks. And if it’s properties then you have to pay for property management.

Sending profits to the holding company creates profits for the holding company. This is stupid.

The last step of “then the money goes to you” …that’s taxable. I don’t care if the company above used a loan to pay you… that’s income from the irs perspective when you are paid.

Top 10 ways to avoid taxes... Thank me later

Wouldn’t have to do any of this if didn’t live under such an oppressive tax culture

I keep hearing this crap, how do you pay the loans

Still doesnt eliminate sales taxes and payroll taxes

So the loans are getting stacked? How do the loans get paid off? Dividend yields?

the FBI rn

I have no idea what he’s talking about…. This is why our education system is trash.

Holding companies still pay taxes just like any other business 🤣🤣🤣

For anyone watching, this is bs. Profits don't vanish. U can't just transfer profits to a holding company and the profits disappear. The holding company would have to pay taxes on the profits. Investments in appreciable assets don't eliminate profits. The IRS is not that blind.

Instead of hating… do the same , you are free , you are American , get with it , these rules and loopholes are for us all to exploit

Holy shit this guy has no idea what he is talking about

What about the interests from the loan ?

This only works if your investment CAGR > the loan interest rate on a risk adjusted basis.

I wonder what happens when you buy an appreciating asset… spoiler (taxes)

Sounds like just stacking up more and more debt. Probably not worth it. Better to just pay your taxes and actually make money so you’re in the clear

It won’t work in most countries. You’ll end paying huge penalties after Transfer pricing audits.

In some countries intrests on loans could be higher than the percentage profit made in the business. This would be self-defeating in that instance.

How can u transfer the profit if the business doesn't make profits lol , u should be taxes on the profit period

Yeah they put the tax in the final price then charge your loan.. who tf you fooling?

How are the loans paid back?

Otherwise known as “money laundering.”

@Grok is everything in the video true?

In Singapore their are no taxes on dividends. We are happy to pay the 17% corporate tax.

so youre just paying interest instead of taxes

Is the interest on the loan cheaper than paying taxes?

@grok provide a brief yet detailed description of what is explained in the video

The one thing they always leave out is the loan payments with interest and where those payments come from.

Taking interest free loans from yourself. Any human can do this.

He doesn't know.
